In Japan we have BBQ parties in the FALL called Imonikai. Usually involves cooking meat and veggies on a grill and dipping in a teriyaki-like sauce. Very yummy. Also requires "festival soup" or Tonjiru - a kind of pork and vegetable soup that is often served at festivals (hence my knickname for it).
